Our minimum order quantity for custom-printed double wall cups is 500 cups. For single wall cups, the MOQ is 5,000 cups. Double wall MOQ lets us keep the entry point accessible for cafes, small businesses and event organisers, while single wall's higher MOQ reflects the different production economics of that construction.

Standard production is 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval, plus 2 to 5 business days for delivery within Australia. Rush Order Service is available when your timeline is tighter. Contact us to discuss expedited turnarounds for your project.

We produce 8oz, 12oz and 16oz custom paper cups in both single wall and double wall constructions. Design templates for each cup size are provided when you place your order through our online shop.

Yes. If you don't have artwork ready, our in-house design team creates the cup design for you. Send us your logo (AI or EPS preferred), any hi-res imagery you want to use, and a short brief on what you're trying to achieve. We handle the design work and produce proofs for your approval before print.

We are certified to HACCP for food safety and ISO 9001 for quality management. Both certifications matter for food-contact packaging. HACCP is often a supermarket listing requirement for food and beverage brands, and ISO 9001 is standard in most procurement processes for quality-critical print.

Yes. Every Cups Galore custom paper cup is manufactured in Australia. Locally made supports faster turnarounds, tighter quality control and lower freight lead times.

Yes. Order a Sample Pack from our shop and we will send you physical cups from our generic, on-hand stock so you can feel the paper weight, check the general print quality and confirm the cup construction before committing to a bulk run. Sample packs are not custom-printed to your artwork. They are pre-existing cups that let you feel the product before you commit.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for larger orders. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

Yes. Once your order is placed, you'll receive email updates at each stage. Artwork approval, production start, and dispatch. When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number.

Custom-printed cups are produced to your specifications, so returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we'll resolve it.

We currently ship across all of Australia. For international enquiries, particularly New Zealand and select Pacific islands, contact us directly and we'll quote freight and lead times for your destination.

Send us your Pantone references or CMYK values with your artwork. Our proofing process includes colour verification before we go to print. Note that some colours print with a slight variance on paper cup substrates. We flag any at-risk colours before production.

Standard finishes include matte and gloss. Both perform differently under different lighting and photography conditions. Talk to our team about which finish suits your brand and use case.

Yes. Once we've printed your design, reordering is straightforward. Your artwork stays on file and we can produce a repeat run without re-briefing.
