- Goods delivered may be replaced, partially refunded, or fully refunded within 14 days if they are found to be faulty.

- Goods that are missing delivered, faulty, or defective must be reported in writing within 14 days.

- Goods will need to be inspected prior to a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

- Goods damaged on delivery need to be reported within 48 hours of being delivered. Photos of damage will need to be presented. Acceptance of delivery docket completed highlighting any damage will also need to be provided

- Cups Galore will not provide any replacements, partial refunds, or a full refund for damage caused by the customer.
